1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FreshLock. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FreshLock website at www.freshlocksealer.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through the Site. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site.

2. Who We Are

FreshLock is an online retailer of handheld vacuum sealers and vacuum seal bags. Customer support can be reached at support@freshlocksealer.com. We ship worldwide from this storefront.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase on the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4. Products and Pricing

We take care to describe and display our products accurately. Please note:

• All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer in accordance with local regulations.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before charging a different price.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen.
• We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or change specifications without notice.
• All FreshLock handheld vacuum sealers are air-pump (suction) devices and are used with our valve-equipped vacuum seal bags; they are not heat-seal appliances.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order on the Site:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and shipping information.
• You will receive an automated order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
• A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping confirmation.
• Payment is processed securely through PayPal, our third-party payment provider, who handles your payment details in accordance with their own security and privacy standards.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if pricing is incorrect, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases we will issue a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Shipping times and costs are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees

Our Returns & Refund Policy sets out our 30-day return process for change-of-mind returns and how we handle defective or damaged items. Nothing in these Terms limits your non-excludable statutory consumer rights under applicable local law, including your entitlement to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

8. Product Use and Safety

FreshLock products are designed for household food storage use only. Please read and follow the included instructions before use. Misuse of the vacuum sealer or its accessories (including attempting to vacuum seal liquids in a way not covered in the instructions, or using third-party bags that do not fit the valve) may damage the product or cause injury, and will void the warranty.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

FreshLock products come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, as specified on the product page (1-year warranty on the main unit, 6-month warranty on accessories and consumables) from purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content is accurate, complete, or current (we will, however, correct errors promptly once notified).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshLock and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product you purchased shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that product. Nothing in this clause limits your non-excludable statutory rights under applicable local consumer protection laws.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, photographs, videos, and software — is the property of FreshLock or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of this content without our prior written permission. The FreshLock name and logo are trade marks of FreshLock.

12. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of FreshLock or any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, user accounts, or data.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Site or its servers.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
